Getting older is not all about memories and looking back. One of the benefits it brings is having more time to try new things—just for the fun of it!
At the scheme, we offer ten different physical activities each week to encourage members to stay active, improve wellbeing, and try something new in a friendly and supportive environment.

- Joan’s Flexi-cise gentle exercise classes
- Strength and balance classes

- Ukulele lessons
- Walking group
We also offer “Moving On and Stepping Up” Strength and Balance sessions, with referrals available via our outreach team.
