Business Administration Apprentice
This is a great opportunity to work in a local charity and help isolated older adults in the Cross Gates area. The role will initially start with basic administration duties, keeping registers up to date and booking of trips whilst working towards a L3 Business Administration qualification.
Duties will include:
- Reception, answering telephone, answering queries, greeting new people
- Database work, tracking weekly attendances, adding new dates each quarter, keeping case notes up to date
- Word and Excel work
- Adding new groups, adding/deleting members, new forms when needed
- Collecting money for trips and groups,100 club and banking
- Helping out in groups, socialising with members, helping with quizzes, raffles etc.
This list is not exhaustive, and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by the business manager which are relevant to your role within the company to meet the overall business needs
Working week
- Hours | Minimum 30 hours per week. Monday to Friday; exact hours to be confirmed
- Weekly salary | £117.00
- Start Date | March 2020
- Apprenticeship standard | Business Administrator Level 3 (A level)
