Walks of approximately three to four miles led by qualified leaders. Due to popularity we run two walking groups, the first leaves at 10.30am and the second at 11am. We normally meet at our main office at the Newman Centre but please check details. Book in advance.

For people living with dementia and their carers. We understand how overwhelming and uncertain it can be living with and caring for a loved one with a memory impairment. Meeting up with others can offer reassurance, emotional and practical advice and support. We meet on the third Tuesday of the month and offer a range of interactive activities, entertainment and carer support.
